All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

In the event the concert is cancelled due to extreme weather or other circumstances,

RD Productions, LLC will give a full ticket refund within 90 days of the concert date.

If the concert is scheduled for another date tickets can be used for that concert only.

However once any of the performance starts at any RD Productions, LLC concert, there will be NO Refund!

Tommy Kelly Band

Tommy Kelly is an American Singer-Songwriter from Terre Haute, Indiana. he has been performing since he was 17 years old. As the oldest of six kids, Tommy credits some of his earliest song-writing inspiration to the responsibility he felt in setting an examplè for his younger siblings (which can be heard in his song “Hey Little Brother,” among several other songs). Kelly also says he draws inspiration in writing from “Nature, Loss, Religion, Philosophy, Meditation, and of course Love.” After moving to Phoenix, AZ in 2016, Tommy began a prolific writing period and wrote nearly 100 songs over the next 2 years. After moving back home to Terre Haute in2018, Tommy launched a kickstarter campaign and was able to crowd source enough money (over $10,000) in album pre-sales to find his first album. In 2019 he released his Debut EP, Blood Moon, which was recorded at Welcome to 1979 Studios in Nashville, TN. Since releasing his album, Tommy has opened for acts such as Nelly, Three Dog Night, Little River Band and WheatUS. His songwriting is a unique mix of Folk, Country and Blues. HIs vocal range and heartfelt songwriting set him apart from many other artists in his Roots-Rock Genre.
